I have used Cecelia Carson now to help my husband and I purchase our house, 1 rental house, and 1 small commercial office building. Why you may ask have I continued to use Mrs. Carson it's simple - Honest, Great Communication Style/Responsiveness, and she always seems to get it done! Our home - was a short sale. The listing agent honestly didn't know what she was taking on when she took a short sale listing. Cecelia had to step in and communicate with the bank on behalf of the seller because the listing agent couldn't get it together. She also had to work close with my lender to get all the paperwork right. Honestly we wouldn't have our house if it wasn't for Cecelia - and come to find out after we closed there were 2 other buyers before us that couldn't get the deal closed.
Our rental house - the sellers who were doing "for sale by owner" quickly realized that selling a home is not as easy as they thought. I really wanted to purchase the home and Cecelia was representing me. Finally because of her supportive communication style the sellers asked for her to represent them as well to get the deal closed, so she handled both sides without conflict and everyone closed on time and both sides were happy.
Our commercial building - had been listed by another agent for a long time. Several buyers had come/gone. We put in our offer; however it needed a strong agent like Cecelia Carson to pitch our offer as it required a 2 month lease prior to closing, as we had to be out of our current office space, but couldn't close because of another project we had going. She not only got us the lease option for 2 months upfront (allowing us to move in) and was able to negotiate the rent we paid to come off the purchase price, and after the inspection was able to get the price reduced due to work needed on the building. As you can see she truly is a ROCK STAR! Let me tell you from experience and loosing out on deals working with other agents who were less experienced - when you find a "Cecelia Carson" you have hit the lotto! –Kim M.-
